How to draw Jerry | Step by Step
In this section, we’ll be walking you through how to draw Jerry from the Tom and Jerry cartoons. We’ll start with a basic outline of his head and body, then add in some details to give him more character. With a little practice, you’ll be able to draw everyone’s favorite little mouse in no time!
Let’s start by sketching out Jerry’s head. Use a light pencil so you can erase any mistakes as you go along. Start with a small circle for the top of his head, then add two larger circles for his ears. Next, draw a curved line for the back of his head and neck, and another for his nose and mouth. Finally, add two small triangles for his eyes and some whiskers coming off of his cheeks.
Now let’s move on to Jerry’s body. Draw a small oval shape for his torso, then two long rectangles for his arms and legs. Add some smaller rectangles at the ends of his limbs for his hands and feet. To finish up, draw a big curved line around Jerry’s body to form his tail.
Now that the basic shapes are in place, it’s time to start filling in the details. For his fur, use short strokes to create a soft texture all over Jerry’s body. Add some lines inside of his ears, and shade around his eyes to give them some depth. For his nose and mouth, simply draw a small black oval shape.
